Revitalizing tips

This article mentions some "superfoods" and anti-oxidants. There are some chinese remedies as well. There are some other habits such as drinking plenty of water each day, (1 oz per kg body) and exercising to keep a consistent appropriate body weight and healthy cardiovascular function.

many times it is a much better choice for meat, be sure to eat a balanced diet with an accurate amount of proteins, carbs and fats for your body!
There are some important recommedations, and shows serving sizes. Salmon and shrimp looked good, and are some of my favorites :)

news from the BBC on how global warming, supermarkets and producers' impact on food may need to be adjusted for the future. This says a lot for the UK,but can also be seen in the USA, where we have places in the CA central valley that have no residential water limits, but then can't water their crops, also draining water needed for crops in Northern CA.

This is your brain on...

One of my favorite KQED fundraisers, Dr Amen, shows brain scans and tells people what to eat/not eat and methods to help their neuroanatomy. Below is a link to brain scans of people on and off alcohol/drugs. During one of his segments called "your brain on love" he was discussing the behavoirs of a person who drinks a lot, and how it affects their relationships with others. I vote for a healthy brain. I also like what he lectures because one of his top recommendations for brain health is exercise! true story
